5 /5 Stevie-louise Dawes: This is my second time coming here and this time was for my wedding nails and pre wedding pedicure. This was my first ever pedicure, and oh my god was it amazing, the massage chair was amazing, the gent who did the pedicure was so gentle. He offered me a drink as soon as I was in the chair. The salon is so amazingly decorated and maintained. All the staff are amazing and welcoming. Then I got the most stunning set of acrylics I think I’ve ever got, the lady who did the acrylics took her time and made sure they were perfect. Also a lot cheaper than I had expected but well worth the money. Will be coming again

I visited just over a week ago to have my nails done, I went in with a clear photo of what I wanted and asked if it was ok, they told me it was easy enough... I sat to have my nailed done and made it clear from the start I wanted the nails short due to having a young baby.. He could not listen I asked over and over for the nails to be shorter and in the end just gave up.. He was struggling to do the design (even though they said it was fine before!) by the end the nails were an absolute mess and they were so sharp at the sides! I had to run to collect my children from school and then I returned to ask them to sort them as they were just awful and I was not happy that Id paid £60 for a total shambles. He now stated the design was to hard and thats why it wasnt perfect... I stood my ground and made them soften the nails (due to them being sharp) and had them remove the awful design and just paint them red. So I ended up paying £20 extra for a design I didnt even get to have! The nails are also stupidly thick (nothing like Ive ever seen before so clearly wasnt well skilled at doing nails) And after just 1 week they are completely lifting from the bottom. Such a poor service. Id never return and Id erge overs to stay clear.

5 /5 Perihan Kirk: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited this nail salon today with my daughter for BIAB nails, and we were both so impressed! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming,as soon as you sit down, they offer you complimentary drinks, which is such a lovely touch. The customer service was amazing from start to finish, and of course, our nails turned out absolutely beautiful. We’re both so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back.
