5 /5 Tic Creative: Does exactly what I want it to do. Tire out Rose. Loads of space and as we always go on. Thursday at 4pm, it’s pretty much empty. Always clean, well stocked cafe and two very tired blunders. Rosie loves it.

1 /5 Hannah Taylor: Took my little girl for the soft play. Was told I needed grip socks… not even touching the trampolines! If I had known, I would have had some. I had to purchase them when there. Luckily she already had some on! Would have been better if it was clear when booking Then the soft play area for toddlers was tiny! Constantly had over 4 year olds in there so unsafe for her. It was super cold in there aswell. Pieces were coming away on the equipment and holes in some netting. Very very disappointed. She hated it, hardly anything for her to do and she just cried for the hour we were in there. Not worth the money whatsoever

5 /5 terry mckenna: Been coming here are few months, firstly through Groupon purchases and have now signed up to the rolling membership as my boys love the place. Just some general feedback, if you are advertising a meal deal with a pizza and a slush, Im not sure why today I was allowed to have this on my first order, however halfway through our visit I went to reorder with a different team member who said it can not be done with a slush anymore? Seems strange considering its on every menu on the tables! Great place for the kids, please just be consistent with the information you are providing customers as its a little frustrating.

3 /5 Phillipa Wadlow: I bring my son here on occasions and he enjoy his time without a doubt, however I do have a couple of complaints. Firstly, some of the staff who "manage" the trampolines and airbag arent really responsible. I came here over the weekend with my son, partner and his kids and we were all enjoying the airbag. Now they are obvious signs stating not to jump from the side of the airbag and to climb out on the other side, but during one occasion I was jumping in, a young boy (about 7) threw himself in from the side and I landed inches away from him! Had I landed any closer, I would have crushed that boy! The thing is, there was a staff member standing RIGHT THERE and saw it happen! The member of staff was maybe 17 and he didnt give a toss. I had to shout at him from inside the airbag and told him off and that he needed to take responsibility and ensure he is enforcing the rules. One of these days you guys will deal with a huge accident due to the staff not caring. My other complaint is that it is SO expensive for a family jump at nearly £20 per person (2 hour jump session). For a family of 4, it came to £76 for two hours!
