Nour Mohamed The swimming pool and changing room area could be maintained a bit better, but I can overlook this as the coaches here make up for it. VICKY is very professional, patient and inspiring with the children. She gives each child guidance and encouragement with a big smile each time, and the progress my children have made is remarkable. She is always so kind and helpful and we are very thankful for her

Joseph Turnbull Glad to have this gym close by. Has everything you need in terms of equipment/machines (or that can be expected at this price point!). Busy enough to have an atmosphere but not so busy that you ever really have to wait for equipment. Staff are all great.

Diya Wilson I’ve been seeing Jamie for several years now - throughout my pregnancy and for 2 years after. My body feels so much stronger when training with Jamie, and he records all my progress so I can keep track. Alongside the really good coaching, Jamie’s new gym is also baby friendly! I bring my toddler most weeks and can keep an eye on him while I exercise. In addition, the gym is always immaculate in terms of cleanliness which is also a stand out point compared to other gyms.

Jennifer Beckett I have been training with Charlie coming up to four years now and every session I attend reminds me why I joined and why every session is worth attending (even when you might not feel like going). Charlie is an incredible coach - he reacts and adapts sessions on the day if needed. Charlie genuinely cares about progression and development you make within the gym and will offer support in and outside of the gym. The small-group setup is the perfect balance between personalised coaching and a motivating team atmosphere. There is no judgement in sessions and they are always a laugh with others. Before training with Charlie, I would attend a commercial gym and have no plan. I now have structure to my week and sessions and I attend multiple sessions a week, always pushing the consistency and accountability I have for myself but also the support from Charlie in this. Sessions are always varied and engaging and can be adapted if needed. Charlie has enabled me to push myself and my strength and fitness has come on incredibly amounts the last four years and it is all down to the continuous progressive sessions, support and encouragement Charlie gives to all his members. Watching CJPT grow has been an absolute privilege and I am incredibly proud to be a part of it. I would encourage any person thinking about joining, to take that step and join, you won’t regret it

Reece Regis Constantly upgrading the facilities to ensure that they cater to all gym users whatever their training goals or experience. Staff are welcoming, friendly and supportive and they have a zero tolerance policy towards poor gym etiquette and behaviours to ensure that there is a clean and safe community environment. Wide range of equipment and classes available and bathrooms have been refreshed to a much better standard than most gyms.

Roopa Ninja I recently joined F45, and I’m already so impressed! From day one, the atmosphere has been welcoming, motivating, and full of positive energy. The coaches are fantastic—they give clear guidance, help with technique, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. One thing I really love is that you can go at your own pace. It was quite daunting at first as I hadnt tried intense circuit training before and used to do some basic weights training at home. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, the workouts are adaptable, and the coaches encourage you to focus on what feels right for your body. Every session is different, challenging, and fun, which makes it easy to stay excited and committed. The app is great as it gives a glimpse of the workouts for each class and you can choose what works best for you and also mix it up for weeks where you feel experimental. The hybrid sessions imo feel a bit more intense than the resistance training so best to balance them out if youre a beginner like me. Highly recommend!
