Claire Sharpe Had a really good session with Jack this morning. He puts energy into his classes and you feel that the workout has been effective. Please dont transfer this trainer which is what has happened with previous good staff. I will start to wonder if were considered a second division studio if you keep moving the best trainers elsewhere.

She is a true professional and explains everything very clearly. I would highly recommend her to everybody of any level as she manages to trailer her classes to accommodate all.

I came in with barely any experience, and now I feel way more confident with my striking, technique, and fitness. Coach J is proper knowledgeable and actually takes time to help you get better, not just run you through drills. It’s a solid mix of pushing you hard but still keeping it fun and respectful. Everyone’s there to learn and improve—no egos, just good energy. Whether you’re looking to fight, learn proper K1/Muay Thai or just get in shape, I 100% recommend giving it a go. You’ll come out better for it.

Dina Hora Ive just had my first bodystreet session here. Amazing practice, I can understand now how it helps towards my fitness goals. Roger is amazing, he explained how this works, he lead the session, was attentive to my wellbeing while pushing for my limit. I will definitely come back here and I highly recommend this type of training. If you dont have enough time, but want to improve your fitness and maybe loose some weight, this is the training for you. Thank you Roger!
