O A Great gym with solid vibes and proper training. I’ve been training at Prestige Combat Academy for just over two months now and honestly, the improvement I’ve seen in myself is amazing. I came in with barely any experience, and now I feel way more confident with my striking, technique, and fitness. Coach J is proper knowledgeable and actually takes time to help you get better, not just run you through drills. It’s a solid mix of pushing you hard but still keeping it fun and respectful. Everyone’s there to learn and improve—no egos, just good energy. Whether you’re looking to fight, learn proper K1/Muay Thai or just get in shape, I 100% recommend giving it a go. You’ll come out better for it.

Surangi Mendis Posting on behalf of my mother - she has been attending the Soham Yoga group in Harrow and absolutely loves it. The classes have made a huge difference to her overall wellbeing – not only physically, by helping her maintain strength and flexibility, but also socially, as she enjoys the interaction and sense of community. The team are incredibly kind and attentive, adapting exercises to suit her needs (including chair-based options when needed), and they genuinely look after her. Were so grateful for the care and support shes receiving from Srini and his team. Highly recommend for older adults looking to stay active and connected!

Gabriella Kountourides Incredible teacher. Marcel really understands not only the art of Muay Thai but the art of teaching. He is a phenomenal teacher, patient and kind and a real expert at his craft. No other teacher I have been to even compares. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Alex Sim Looks like a decent centre

Monica H I visited the soft play with my 2yo and autistic 5yo. They both enjoyed themselves very much and had plenty to do. The soft play was clean, safe and very quiet on a weekday morning. It only has one entrance/ exit, making it ideal for managing multiple young children and children with SEND who elope. There was also a staff member in the soft play who was quietly observing and supporting when needed (ie: to wipe up water spills). The only thing that stopped this being a 5 star review was the reception experience. There was a very long queue for the leisure centre and only one staff member working! It would be good if we could just scan the online booking and be let in automatically or if there were 2 reception staff— as it appears to be a busy leisure centre with many activities.

Marlon Box This is by far one of the cleanest gyms Ive been to. I normally come off peak and durning a workout the cleaning lady normally makes at least 2 rounds. The machines are good and there is normally new things here every couple of months. Well done guys!
