Rich Green I have been training with this club for almost 3 years and after 35 of inconsistent training all over the UK, this is the very best club I have ever been lucky enough to be part of. There are many stand out qualities about this club. The first- no egos. No show offs. Just an extremely sincere supportive culture of students motivating and inspiring each other to achieve their very best. The club benefits from world class instructors who have successfully competed in European and World championships and trained across Europe and in Japan. I wish I had found this club years ago. Since starting, my general strength, stamina and flexibility has improved. I access 24 classes a month here, and expert advice on all areas of fitness, training, and how to remain consistent developing my skills and Karate knowledge.. Id recommend this club to anyone from 6 to 60 looking to get strong and agile through learning Karate in a supportive environment..

Dr Anna Preston I have attended classes and workshops with Elly. Not only is she outrageously sub-human with regards to her incredible skill, talent and experience, but she had a way of breaking the most complex moves down so that they make sense to both mind and body. In doing this she helps you believe you CAN do something you thought you never would. She’s also ultra energising, motivating and hugely patient. The level of hype and cheerleading she gives is second to none. Thanks Elly! X

Jeremy Hancock Modern facilities and staff very polite. Sport hall, pool, sauna and learner pool. Great gym with both machines and free weights. Recommended place.

Alex Bailey Gorgeous Studio. Huge range of classes across different disciplines; yoga, Pilates & barre. Some of the best tuition I have experienced in 15 years of practice. Beautiful space, with superb facilities and also great people in the room.
