5 /5 Emily: The staff were so lovely, the place was warm despite some of the comments and overall service was great. I got a wash, blow dry and straightening service also with a trim for a good price. My hair is quite thick so I thought it would be a struggle but overall really good! I would defo come back!

1 /5 Savanna Stephenson: I wouldnt recommend this place at all Bad timing keeping from my therapist, she was still doing another clients nails as I got there and she was talking non stop to her friend who was sat in the salon. My appointment was 20 mins late. She wasnt paying much attention to my nails due to chitchatting with her friend and after applying the gels she said they look bad and havent cured properly and began to take off the polish and restart. I had already waited 20 mins for the appointment and then spent 25 mins with her prepping the nails and applying the gel for her to then want to completely restart. Whilst taking the gel off she was very rough and I was saying that hurts but she did not acknowledge this. I was supposed to also have a facial but she proceeded to tell me, there are no staff today (on a Saturday) and asked if i could come back another day. I had booked this appointment days in advance so I was confused why she accepted the booking if she could not fulfill my appointment requests. She then said she can do the facial but she wants 20 minutes to eat some lunch. After the ordeal with the nails, I told her I dont want to continue with this nail appointment nor facial and she did not charge me. For reference I came to the salon with no polish or gels previously on my nails they were natural and I left with my natural nails ruined. Please avoid.
