Edward R KX is a fantastic club! The gym has everything I need to stay motivated, the food is consistently good, and the staff are always welcoming. The spa treatments are a great way to unwind after a workout. I really enjoy being a part of this community!

Kinga Latoszek Pilates4U studio is amazing, I have been attending to their Hanwell branch for a few months, and I was over the moon that they opened new location moments from my home! Studio is STUNNING, great location and views, air coned, brand new equipment, always clean and classes always start on time. Begginer level is great for EVERYONE to join, male or female. They also offer matt classes as well as reformer and individual lessons. I met both owners Rima and Renata personally, and they make perfect business match, they are very passionate about everything they do, which makes them so successful. I would especially recommend workshops that they occasionally do its a fantastic challenge if you are intermediate/advanced.

Lillian Topp My absolute favorite Pilates studio in London. The studio is bright, spacious, and welcoming. The instructors and owner are all absolutely lovely. The classes offer an excellent range (from mobility/gentle to intense advanced classes) with skilled instructors who adapt classes for each person. Cat n Cow is an absolute gem.

Daryna Yusikova Amazing experience, nice changing rooms Hot cosy sauna, very big pool and relaxing hot tub. I loved it :) facilities were clean and stuff was very friendly and helpful. I was sceptical from bad reviews but it turned out to be great
