Flor Graham I am a Pilates fan and have practiced it for 30 years. At Yoga Venue, I have finally found the best teachers and reformers. You can also take both reformer and mat classes. And if you are not a yogi person like me, you can discover how hot yoga can complement your pilates classes perfectly. And all of this is set in a stunning studio, creating an environment thats both inspiring and welcoming. I cant recommend it enough!

Pawel B Kidlington & Gosfold Leisure Centre is my go-to place for relaxation and fitness. The gym is well-equipped with high-quality machines, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate having access to the pool and sauna — everything I need in one place. Whether its a good workout or some time to unwind, this centre has it all. Highly recommend!

Bethia Jones PureGym Oxford Central is a really great gym where you can get fitter and feel more confident. The equipment is good, there is plenty of choice, and they have brand new locker and shower rooms, but the real standout is the atmosphere. The staff are friendly, supportive, and make a real effort to motivate people. Somehow they remember everyone’s names, which still amazes me, and even the most tired people at classes get a boost of positivity. Youre encouraged without being pushed beyond your capabilities, and it always feels inclusive. Even when the gym is busy, it still feels like a safe and respectful place to be in. (Even for a 5 foot nothing woman who was really unconfident and unfit at first!) It honestly feels more like a community than just a gym, and its a place me and my friends genuinely enjoy coming to. Ive been coming for 3 years now. Thank you to all the hardworking staff! A special thanks to my personal trainer Angel, for her warmth and encouragement.

Alvydas Andrejauskas Sophie the PT is a GENIUS!!! She helped me understand the reasons behind my pain during certain exercises and gave me a set of movements to restore my full range of motion. I’m highly impressed and would definitely recommend her to anyone working on their fitness goals. Thank you, coach!! The gym itself is quite decent as well!
