Pippa Cotton A fantastic place to swim. Friendly staff + lifeguards. Newly refurbished with larger gym and much improved changing rooms with lockers token needed. Fob entry and online booking. Cafe is a welcome addition. I have swum here for the last 7 years and really enjoy my visits. A wonderful community facility.

NICOLA KINNER Yogomotiv is a lovely studio in a really convenient location. Sarah and her team go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable in the classes. Each teacher goes out of their way to ensure that the students feel at ease in the class and gives little assists where needed, meaning we get the most out each class. The studio is bright and clean with a friendly and warm atmosphere. Thank you Sarah and the team ❤

Reggie Dubb Darren and James are brilliant instructors. Working with Darren more, he makes the class fun as well as teaching some life saving skills. I joined on my own and was made to feel very comfortable. If youre in two minds- definitely give it a try. With two days available a week to train classes are flexible.

Dian Hope Do you know what?? If you have some pounds and inches to lose, this really works if you follow the guidelines set by Charlie. Would definitely say DO IT. I really didnt think I would manage to stick with the program for 12 weeks and dreaded heading to my first bootcamp session. BUT Charlie promised this would change things for me and it has. So if you can tell yourself to give it a really good go, having to be accountable every day and report in with your calories, protein percentage and daily steps really does lead to some amazing results and actually the bootcamp sessions have been (almost) enjoyable. Thanks, Charlie, for giving me a real boost and setting me on the road to a healthier me.

Alex Andra This place has fabulous energy and is a beautiful relaxing sage space for a retreat. The hosts are exceptional in looking after you. I highly recommend going and experiencing Pai for yourself
