She listened to my requirements and was very careful to not cut too much hair, checked with me on the length and fringes multiple times before cutting. I ended up with a beautiful butterfly cut with layers. The place was also quite spotless and pretty. Really happy, will come back again for sure!

From the moment I walked in, the stylist made me feel welcome and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. The haircut was precise and flattering, really framing my face well. The colour came out beautifully — rich, even, and exactly the tone I wanted. It looks natural but still vibrant, and the shine is incredible. At one point, I started to feel a little unwell, and I was really touched by how quickly and kindly the team responded. They made sure I was okay, gave me time to rest, and checked in regularly to make sure I felt comfortable. It’s not just about the quality of the cut and colour (which were both excellent), but also the care and professionalism that made the whole experience so positive. Highly recommend!
