Staff immediately took the stress away from me and focused on my treatment (back, neck and shoulder massage). The therapists ensured I was comfortable and explained what was happening. SH recognised that I had a lot of tension and had great knowledge in how to resolve this. She ensured I remained comfortable throughout. In addition, I was able to claim back the cost through my employers health benefit, which is amazing. When additional information was requested, my email was responded to in super quick timing.
