Thulasy Balendra I have been training with Emil for over two years and cannot recommend him enough as a PT. He has not only helped me improve my fitness but also my technique and core strength. Emil was quick to identify my weak muscles/injuries from the get go and tailor an appropriate fitness plan suited to my capabilities. Most recently I have restarted training with Emil after having a baby and am really enjoying the (very challenging!) workouts. A number of things set Emil aside from all the other trainers I’ve tried - his incredible knowledge (fitness + physio), patience, motivation and lovely personality!

Michael Hurn A fantastic experience for my daughters 7th Birthday Party. Hannah was brilliant keeping the kids dancing, moving and laughing. They all had a great time. Would book again. Thank you Hannah and Basebox!!

Tristan Torgersen Simple, clean, a good handful of options to exercise with, and a few football pitches. Green Park, good grass, nice outdoor gym, and a proper walking path surrounding the area.

Energie Fitness -

Agata I’ve been going to this gym for 4 months now and unfortunately, I have to say the experience is very disappointing. The biggest issue is that the air conditioning never works. No matter how hot it is outside — even during 30°C days — the AC is always off, making it almost impossible to work out comfortably or safely. It’s unacceptable, especially considering the monthly fee of £40. For that price, you expect at least basic conditions like proper ventilation and a functioning air conditioning system. Sadly, the management doesn’t seem to care, and nothing has changed over the past few months. The overall level of service is honestly embarrassing, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a gym that takes their members’ comfort and health seriously.

ALL WORK TRAINING -

Mehwish Naz As a muslim + hijabi, I’ve always been mindful of how and where I train, often navigating environments that didn’t quite feel inclusive. That changed when I joined All Work Training (AWT). From day one, the atmosphere was welcoming and empowering — any apprehensions I had quickly disappeared. Mitch – the mastermind (and muscle!) behind AWT – had a knack for pushing me past limits I didn’t even know I had. Thanks to him, I found a whole new level of grit and grind. The monthly challenges? Total game-changers. They kept me fired up and focused, turning every win into a mini celebration and every rep into real progress. Since joining AWT, I’ve seen a real shift — not just in my fitness, but in my mindset too. The vibe, the support, and the people all push you to level up and be your best, inside and out. If you’re looking to lead a more active lifestyle in a supportive and goal-driven space, AWT is where you’ll find results — not just physically, but mentally too. All Work Training = Real, Lasting Results
