They really care about their customers and make the experience very personalized.

1 /5 Valeria Piras: I booked and paid for a Hydrafacial through Treatwell, but when I arrived for my appointment, the therapist wasn’t there and I was informed that she doesn’t work on Mondays. I was told the issue occurred because Treatwell doesn’t sync appointments with the clinic, which is not an acceptable explanation given the inconvenience caused to clients (and I was told this isn’t the first time it has happened). I am very disappointed and will not be booking with this clinic again.

Was seen by a lovely lady called Christina who provided an excellent service. She made me feel very comfortable and she informed me of every step she was doing with the benefits of each step. She was very passionate about skincare and provided me some great advice for my skin. Very professional and I am definitely coming again!
