1 /5 Emily J: Ruined my hair and dodged my requests for a refund. Having had my hair permanently straightened before, I know the details inside and out of what to expect and what they do. However, she completely ruined my hair but not attending to it properly as she had overbooked her clients that day and neglected my treatment entirely. I sat for an hour on the waiting bench before and during my treatment so she could work on other peoples hair. She neglected to return my messages and calls for a refund. She also charged me more than the price on Treatwell once I had arrived on the day. Thanks to this, my hair is now dry, damaged and curly.... literally worse than it was before. Worst salon experience ever.

5 /5 Lizzie7: I had such a great experience here getting my hair cut. They literally transformed my hair - when I got there, it was in a terrible state. But now it looks great! The staff here are really nice and professional. Thanks so much, I will be back :)

5 /5 Pat Stewart: Phoned on the off chance they there might be an appointment got fitted in later that day, had a dry cut to tidy my hair up they did a fantastic job I’m so pleased with it. Price was great too ! Would highly recommend

The staff are not only professional but genuinely kind and welcoming. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond expectations. From hair styling to skincare, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. I walked out feeling refreshed, confident, and truly pampered. This place is a hidden gem in Welling — I’ll definitely be coming back!
