1 /5 Katy: Do not go here! The staff are rude and they offer services they aren’t capable of doing. I had to ask to get my nails re-done 3 times as the lady doing them was clearly incapable of doing the tips that I was paying an extra £15 for. I shouldn’t have had to point out the mistakes the first time, or the second and by the third time I was very done with the whole thing. I was told someone else would come and fix them after the second time but no body came so the same lady continued to attempt them again. I had been getting my nails done for 2.5 hours by this point so accepted the third attempt as I just wanted to leave. The end result is awful considering it cost me £45 and 2.5 hours , there’s gel all over my cuticles and the tips are sloppily applied. Wish I’d have read the reviews before going - avoid this place !!!
