ding lingyan Great place for spa and relaxation, walk your dogs. The room however is dated and full of spider webs, few lights in my room were not working. Dinner has reasonable choices, but our dishes for the night were too salty, desert was great.

Jenna T.G I take 2-to-1 swimming lessons with Vinny alongside my dad. We’re at completely different levels, my dad can swim but wanted to refine his technique, while I was a complete beginner. Vinny is incredibly attentive and adapts to both of us, making sure we each get the most out of every session. He’s patient, encouraging, and never pushy, which has really helped me feel comfortable in the water. In just a short time, my confidence has grown so much and I’ve started to really love swimming. My dad has also seen big improvements in his technique. Vinny makes the lessons enjoyable, supportive, and productive, and I can’t recommend him enough.

Danielle Woolcott-King Ive had a couple of sessions with Kirsty now and totally recommend her! Ive never had personal training before and Im actually really enjoying our sessions which I didnt think would. Kirsty has a very holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing which means she isnt just helping my body get fitter but is helping me adjust my relationship with exercise, build up my confidence and improve my mental and physical well-being. She is also really lovely and makes something that could be intimidating a fun and rewarding process. The garden and studio are really great spaces and the sessions a very reasonable price for 1:1 training.
