My hair is ruined, my hairstyle is not what I asked the master Maria and showed the example. Although the coffee was delicious, 70 pounds for a coffee is too expensive. I dont recommend anyone to go there. One star just for coffe and clean salon. Thanks a lot for your respond. Im sorry, I got the masters name wrong, its Maira. The problem is that the haircut I got did not meet the requirements I had given the master. My hair is stiff, very thick, so I asked to avoid the flat ends and remove the density. I will attach a photo, if you think that the haircut is done properly, then each of us will remain in our own opinion. I paid for my mistake in choosing a master, and its not about money. By the way, according to the master, it takes a few days for the hairstyle to get the desired shape but unfortunately miracle hasnt happened.The hair at the ends is in a terrible condition, please pay attention to the photo, it cannot be styled. And this is not because of the condition of the hair, but because of an unprofessional haircut.

2 /5 Martyna Naidu: I had an appointment with Anastasia for a simple trim — just about a centimeter off the ends. My appointment was at 2:00 p.m., and I was out by 2:06. I had already washed and conditioned my hair beforehand, and since my hair is very thin, there wasn’t much work involved. While I appreciate Anastasia’s skill and efficiency, I was quite surprised to be charged the higher rate (£35) for a service that took less than 10 minutes. Booking rate was £25 to £35. I understand that pricing can depend on hair length, but I believe factors like hair thickness and time spent should also be considered. The overall experience felt rather impersonal, as there was very little engagement or conversation during the appointment. Unfortunately, I left feeling that the pricing was unfair and that the experience didn’t offer good value for money. For that reason, I won’t be returning as a client.
