1 /5 Valeria Remuzgo: I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I purchased a voucher through Groupon and booked my appointment well in advance. On the day of the appointment, there was a major transport disruption in London (no trains were running), so I informed them in advance that I would likely arrive about 30 minutes late. They said it was fine.
However, the staff member started calling me every 10 minutes, in a very insistent and unprofessional way, even though I had already explained the situation. The tone of the calls was extremely rude, and instead of showing understanding, I felt pressured and talked down to while I was literally on my way and doing my best to get there.
When I finally arrived, I was told they would not provide the full service I had booked, and that they would only do part of it and leave the rest for another day. I explained that I was traveling the next morning and that is exactly why I booked everything together. The response I received was very disrespectful and dismissive, as if everything was my fault, despite the citywide transport issue and the fact that I had communicated in advance.
The attitude and communication were completely unprofessional. I left without receiving the service I had already paid for and had to go elsewhere and pay again.
A month and a half later, I tried to rebook, but the customer service was again extremely poor. I called multiple times, and each time I was told to “call back in 30 minutes” because they were “too busy,” in a very unfriendly tone. The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish.
I honestly cannot recommend this place. The level of customer service, communication, and professionalism is far below what should be expected. The only reason I will attempt to use the voucher again is because it was already paid for. Otherwise, I would never return.
