I came in with short hair that had a lot of damage, strong red undertones, and brown roots grown out, so I knew my hair would be a challenge. The stylist took the time to really assess my hair, explain the process, and make sure my expectations were realistic. I felt listened to and cared for the entire appointment. The results were better than I could have imagined my hair looks healthier, more even in color, and beautifully styled. The atmosphere was welcoming and professional, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for skilled, attentive, and trustworthy hair professionals.

1 /5 Sabina Shukyurova: Completely BARBARIC! I went for an electrolysis hair removal treatment (I had done it multiple times before at a different salon, but my beautician was busy this time so I went here). The person is completely unprofessional and doesnt know how to do it (not to mention she barely understands English). She made about 15 BLEEDING deep CUTS into my skin. When I came home, my trousers were all in BLOOD. And some of the cuts is extremely deep and carved out and theres no chance it will heal without a scar now. Im completely speechless. AVOID [UPD - this is how my leg looks after a WEEK of treatment, and it should never be like that]
