5 /5 janine Evans: I went to English Rose this evening for the first time and I cannot have had a better experience. The lady on the desk (sorry, I didn’t catch your name) was SO welcoming and helpful. I liked her instantly. I then had my treatments with Nancy and she was brilliant. Again so easy to talk to and fantastic at what she does. An amazing job. I’ll be coming back regularly from now on. So happy to have found a salon that makes me feel comfortable.

1 /5 leah Kendall: Unfortunately a bad experience. First time customer arrived 10 minutes early, Nancy arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment. Then insinuated it was my fault for not allotting more time when I shouldn’t have to free more than 1.5 hours for a simple wax. There was no urgency as I was witness to casual chitchat whilst waiting for my appointment. Really dissapointed and won’t be returning.

5 /5 Hannah Perryman: Have gone here for a couple of years now for brows and lashes. Great experience every time and everyone is so friendly. But I had to leave a rewview today as have just had the best brow tint and shape ever today from the lovely Demi. So pleased with them and its my birthday this weekend, so even better to have perfect brows for that!

5 /5 Amy Clifford: The service was great, I went for a wax. But what was really outstanding was their hospitality, very warm, welcoming and personal. Highly recommend, they make you feel so comfortable.
