1 /5 Eldridge Cleaver: I ended up cancelling the appointment after a few bad experiences during the booking process. I booked the appointment 4 weeks in advance. I didnt receive any formal confirmation of the booking. Two days before the appointment I receive a text informing me I wouldnt be told the address and instead asking me to go to a supermarket nearby. Apparently when I reach the supermarket I would then be given the address of the business. The company also has no website and it had no reviews in the last 2 years until recently. Too many bad signs indicating it isnt a professional outfit so I cancelled. I am suspicious of the other reviews which all seem to be 5 stars.

5 /5 Leila Austin: Susan is amazing and so professional. I’ve started going to her salon after moving to the area last year, and I do not regret it one bit. I came for thé first time while heavily pregnant and even then, she managed to find the right way for me to set myself, be comfortable and for her to do a great job. She is the best waxing specialist I’ve had by a mile. She is always so kind and does a fantastic clean and neat job every time. Her salon is always very tidy and so relaxing. And she is the sweetest person! I recommend her 100%, don’t even hesitate she is the best. Thank you Susan for all your care, see you very soon ☺️
