Crissi Dares The 5 stars is for 2 of the swimming teachers in particular - Patryk and Alfie teaching the 4:30 Monday beginners class. Absolutely excellent! Theyre actively in the pool with the kids, and the attention they give to each individuals ability is brilliant. Were so so pleased with our daughters progress, (and also the growth in confidence thats come with it). Many MANY thanks to them!

Christine Hinze Its Magic! I cant recommend Janine and Pilates Magic highly enough. Last year I suffered extremely painful muscle spasms in my back, but was lucky enough to find Pilates Magic. The transformation has been miraculous so I owe Janine a big THANK YOU. Shes relaxed but very knowledgable, and the sessions are fun.

Zeynep Yeşildağ I’ve been training with Tariq for over a year now, and he has helped me so much in overcoming my gym anxiety and actually made me enjoy spending time at the gym. He always pushes me to reach my limits and work on my weaker areas, the ones I would normally avoid if I were training on my own. Training with him has greatly improved both my physique and my diet. He consistently tracks my progress and motivates me whenever I feel unmotivated. I truly enjoy every session with him. To sum up, my personal ‘best PT award’ definitely goes to Tariq!
