5 /5 Emma Hart: Second time I have visited VIP nails, I walked in without having an appointment and was told they could do my nails but I would need to wait 10/15 minutes which I was more than happy with. Really nice kind atmosphere and I’m happy with my nails, would definitely recommend.

1 /5 BELLA: Arent the best I got somebodys blood on my nail and they refused to wipe it off and put topcoat on before I wiped it, went in with my friend and she asked for no glitter and blue french, they give her white french and glitter, and extra tenner for glitter is ridiculous, overall, the snow flaked o asked for are too small and they rushed the whole design, it still come to £90 for 2 full sets where if we went somewhere else it wouldve been alot cheaper, I asked for nudes pink as my french tips and they give me a bright pink, they also left lumps on my nails with was annoying. They were way too rough filling, they didnt cut the cuticles so they look grown put and they cut my finger, tho I didnt say anything I definitely told my friend who was with me amd she even said the service was bad, they kept swapping between the 2 of them because one couldnt do designs, wich made us be in there longer than hours, my thumb is in pain because of how tough they was being. And my design is already starting to peel.

1 /5 phoenix wood: i got my nails done here and the nail art was awful, completely rushed, gaps in the gel on every single one of my nails and just looked really poor. when i told them this was not what i wanted at all and asked for my money back the woman laughed in my face and said no. i’m so upset and disgusted by the treatment in there. DO NOT get your nails done here, go to cocos, 10x better quality and the people are 10x nicer.

1 /5 Fisher Victoria (Vic): Firstly, half the pictures they post of their Facebook page isn’t actually their work. Secondly, I wonder how this place has any good reviews. I went to get a full set of acrylics about 2 months ago and my nails underneath have still not fully healed from the damage they caused with filing. I had the man, he was rushed, rude and didn’t listen to anything I said. I showed him a design and he said he could do it, when he started it was obvious that he could not so we changed to a simple swirly design - again, awful. I left, went straight to home bargains, bought nail files and filed off the awful gel polish and repainted them myself. Genuinely looked like a child had done them. NOT worth the money no matter how little it was (£35). Do yourself a favour and go to Seven Park Road, they’re excellent.
