1 /5 S P: My booking was with Villy, however 95% of the service was with her (not-so-great) assistant! This was down to them running late (or overlapping appointment bookings) and Villy attending three other people during my whole appointment. Absolutely unprofessional and hair was poorly cut - not cutting hair whilst wet, they dryed my hair first then started cutting without properly sectioning hair like a hairdresser should, hence why Ive returned home upset and hair looking dull and not freshly cut. They still charged me the senior price when I shouldve only paid for trainee price as thats what I received. Will never recommend or return. Do not trust this salon when booking the level you expect to get.
Never once did they apologise for such a poorly organised service.

In regards to the owners response below:
- I did comment on my hair being blow-dry before cutting, but obviously this was ignored because they were running late and rushing my hair. I also mentioned my layers not being cut properly or noticeable, again this was ignored!
- the price was not 50% off it was 45% off, also it wasnt £85 but £75 advertised so get your figure correct. Regardless of an offer this does not give a salon the power to abuse the level of service they advertise and handover the job to a trainee/shampoo lady!
- I definitely did not leave gracefully and happy, customers know when they are not going to get anywhere with a complaint hence why they leave an honest review after to avoid hearing poor excuses. Also a customer should not have to embarrass themselves in a salon in front of other customers especially when the service providers were aware that i was not satisfied. It was obvious and clear that I wasnt happy, hence why you DID NOT ask me if I was happy!?...NO you didnt ask because you were too busy attending multiple customers when I left!
This salon obviously doesnt understand or accept the concept of customer reviews and customer service unless its a positive one. A customer should not beg to be heard. Dont book multiple customers at the same time and expect the customer to stay quiet and be okay with this. A womans hair is very important and should not be messed with.
WORST HAIR SALON IVE EXPERIENCED, will be going back to RUSH next time
