Shelley is funny and warm, very welcoming, kind and - most importantly - very knowledgeable and professional and I immediately felt I would trust her with my skin & other questions. Warm and lovely, superb little shop, albeit a tad hard to find if youre not familiar with Marlow :). Thank-you, Shelley, I shall be back (when you have time for new clients in your diary!). Mx.

Marianella Sánchez I had my wax with Ursha for the first time in a long time and I must say it was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and gentle and during all the time she explained to me in detail what she was doing. Harriet Pasco Urban Escape is absolutely amazing! Everyone there is so welcoming and kind, you instantly feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The spa itself is gorgeously designed, spotless, and has such a calming atmosphere. I’ve had several different treatments now and every single one has exceeded expectations. The therapists really know their stuff and make you feel completely looked after. I feel so lucky to have this little slice of heaven right on my doorstep!

Aliyah and Sharon have each done my hair, Julie is amazing at nails and beauty and Cora has saved my brows and lashes. Highly recommend and the free parking is a big plus for a busy area!
