2 /5 Kamila B: I booked an appointment for 11am, got a call at 10.55 that the person was running late, said she would be there at 11.15 however nobody showed up until 11.22 and I didnt get a call to inform be about further delay. When I entered the treatment room there was no towel to cover myself with. The therapist found one I could use however she attempted to do that before washing her hands, she said she used hand sanitizer... All that after being on public transport (which delayed her). Then she attempted to wax me without gloves, said she never wears them for waxing because the wax sticks to them. She wore them on my request. But she didnt have any apron. Hot was treatment was above average but standard waxing wasnt. The prices are significantly higher than in the picture. I didnt get any compensation for the lateness. Additionally, they dont accept cards. Very disturbing lack of professionalism.
