1 /5 Bianca Lopes Vunge: I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. I was booked with someone who clearly didn’t know how to do nails properly, even though she claimed she could do the design I asked for. The result was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what I asked for. When I brought this up, they refused to give me a refund and instead offered to redo them—but only on their terms, completely disregarding my availability and the fact that I had already taken time after work for the appointment. Since then, they’ve been ignoring my messages, showing a complete lack of communication and professionalism. I’m shocked by how dishonest and dismissive they’ve been throughout. There was no accountability, no customer care, and absolutely no effort to make things right and yet have not received the money for the design that was not given. I do not recommend going here—save your time, money, and frustration. Horrible service from start to finish.

1 /5 zadiba: THIS PLACE DELETED MY REVIEW! SUPER UNHAPPY! AWFUL HAIRCUT! I’ve been coming to this salon regularly for years, my stylist Lohan done my hair absolutely amazing and perfect every time, unfortunately he does not work there anymore so I had another hair stylist cut my hair Bianca, who I was told was ‘very good’ with cuts. Except she cut my hair WAYY TOO SHORT! & NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THE HAIRCUT ITSELF IS AWFUL, AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURE! THERE IS A RANDOM LONG CHUNK OF HAIR IN THE MIDDLE!! I had nice long hair and went in just for a trim to trim off and inch or two of my hair length. My hair was very long it was up to my rib cage, I wanted her to cut it to just under the breast. So please tell me why the hair was practically shoulder length!! I even showed her up to where I wanted it cut and said a little trim. She then said that apparently she showed me how much she’s going to cut from the back and that I said yes. However It was not clear to see like that, and I don’t understand why she went along to do her own thing and cut that much off when I never asked her to. VAL RITZ YOU NEED to get your staff to consult properly with the client BEFOREEE cutting there hair and NOTT just doing there own thing. Happily will never go back to that stupid salon. And also the amount she showed me that she was going to cut, was no way near the amount she chopped off!! She cut off wayy more than she showed, and then when I told her I was unhappy with the length her defence was ‘oh but I showed you’. i don’t know in world I asked her for a haircut that was to my shoulders. She even said 1 fingers length and I agreed, but the amount she cut was like 5 fingers. Really unhappy as I will now have short hair for the rest of summer and my graduation is coming up, really devastated, guess I’m going to have to buy some hair extensions. As you can see in the photos my hair before and after. You can see clearly in the after photo that the hair is way above the breast and I wanted the length to be where I am pointing to in the picture which is just under the breast. THE WAY THIS COMPANY DEALT WITH THE SITUATION WAS HORRIBLE, MADE ME FEEL 10x WORSE! They accused me of trying to get a free haircut by pretending not to like it!
