B I had a really lovely experience. The salon itself is beautiful and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Chloe and Kayleigh were both so friendly, welcoming, and understanding, and they really took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve. I felt comfortable, reassured, and well looked after throughout. I’m really happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend

Amy Porsch I had a weird lump of skin that needed removing and Belinda was amazing! The whole process was completely pain free and took no more than five minutes. I’d been to the doctor first but it would have taken about four weeks for a referral, Belinda saw me the very next day. So professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Elm Grove Lodge!

Jess Moore Yesterday I had a gel sock off and redo for only £25 Perfect service Staff are friendly Even offered a free soft drink or tea/coffee The whole place is immaculate Came back again today for the spa pedicure So much included for £37 even soaking off gel and redoing Also including the massage chair which is to die for I’d never pay for mainland prices again after coming here I’ll be back in October on my next visit to the Island :)

Kai Hassall Ive been to this place around three times now and every time Ive gone Ive gotten exactly what Ive asked for. My prom hair was done here and it looked beautiful, done by Alex and shes done my sisters haircut as well. She can work very well with neurodivergent children and she blows me away every time. Its well worth the price to come here. I would definitely recommend it to everyone to at least give it a try. They also do well with alternative leaning haircuts and gender affirming haircuts.

Dannielle W Ive had lots of treatments with Gem over the last few years and I wanted to leave her a review before I relocate up north. She gave me a gel mani about a month ago and the nails have lasted really really well (as have all the previous manis Ive had from her). I also had her summer cooler pamper treatment last week which was excellent value for money - a lovely facial and a really relaxing massage which actually put me to sleep. Ive had more expensive massages and facials at various spas previously and Gems are much better in my opinion. She is also so lovely and very professional. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Gem! Dannielle x
