1 /5 Nuria Monteiro: Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The man who did my manicure was not very professional and came across as rude. Basic hygiene practices, such as washing hands, were not followed, cuticles were not properly taken care of, and overall the service lacked attention to detail.

1 /5 Emma Pratt: Rude staff, they laugh when they do a terrible job on your nails. The arrogant man that couldn’t speak English made them thick and lumpy, French tip is standard and look how thick and rubbish they look. Don’t go there unless you want never nails.

1 /5 Marianna M: I am not a person who regularly leaves reviews or even complains so for me to feel like I need to share this experience then clearly something has gone seriously wrong. I came to this nail shop on 19/12/22 for the first time as I was in the area and in desperate need of getting infills with shellac. They finished doing my nails and I left and went home,everything appeared fine. By that evening the shellac on 2 of my acrylics had completely lifted. I have been doing acrylics with shellac for over 10 years now and I have never before experienced this. The next day, on another finger the shellac lifted and completely peeled off! I went back to the shop that day (20/12/22 aearly afternoon around 2pm) and a man fixed it for me. He just removed the shellac from the 3 fingers where it had lifted and reapplied it, even though I told him there was probably something wrong with the product used and he should remove it from all of them. He was adamant that wasnt the case. Low and behold by 8pm this evening the shellac from 2 of the fingers he did today and 2 additional fingers have already started lifting and peeling off. I will not be coming here again and would rather go to another nail salon and pay to have them apply shellac for me because at this poing its an absolute joke and a waste of my time.

3 /5 Mrs MO: July 2024 Update: went back yesteday for a normal ( not gel ) manicure and a gel pedicure. The pedicure again was fine however the manicure was not. It took about 15 mins. I havent been anywhere and my nail polish already has dents and chips on it therefore not recommended. The total cost was £55 which based on the last charge means £18 for the manicure which Ill need to do again! June 2024 Had a no nonsense gel pedicure however if you like more of a pampering this probably isnt for you. Unlike other reviewers Im not sure £37 for a gel pedicure is cheap but happy to be corrected. The result was reasonable.
