5 /5 T C: I started the TRX classes about a month and a half ago, and I’m loving it so far. The workouts teach me a lot about my body, especially my strengths and weaknesses, like which side is stronger or weaker, and they help me improve those imbalances.
I really like Anthony’s guidance and teaching style. His classes are very well structured, easy to follow, and his explanations are clear. He’s very knowledgeable, and the classes vary in difficulty but always teach me something new. They’re challenging in a good way, and I always feel it afterward.
I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to improve their strength, stability, flexibility, coordination, and work on their weaknesses.
