5 /5 Gracie Skinner: This is my go to nail salon. They’re always super fast, polite and very good at their job. I went in today with a friend as she was getting her nails done and I said to my friend ‘I need mine done they’re so bad!’ A member of staff asked to look at my nails and I said oh no I’m too poor, LOL, he said did you get these done here? I did infact only two weeks ago as my graduation nails but unfortunately only a couple of days into having my nails the gel french tip started peeling. I didn’t have the time to come back and I’m not a complainer so I left them but he insisted to fix them for me, free of charge. They completely filled my nails and re did the French tip design for FREE. Such a lovely man and he explained how they only ever want the best for their clients and how it’s always good to come back if there are any issues with the nails, they will fix them. I will continue going to this salon as it’s reasonably priced and the customer service I received today was outstanding, he went above and beyond for me.

5 /5 Silvia Nasib: This nail salon is the best ever, I have gone there so many times with my mum and I left happily from there, they make exactly the same nails as I show them the all workers are so kind and polite, I will continue going there always, they are working very professional.

She helped me decide on colour and style and gave her own creative touch on them. Couldn’t be happier and had a lovely chat and complimentary drink during it - would 100% recommend!!

5 /5 Zara Wright: Absolutely amazing had acrylic done here once which I loved, but wanted to try the new rave with BIAB gel which helps natural nails grow I have thin nails and a lot people mention the burn which I mentioned to them I was worried about, they used a low strength light and I felt absolutely nothing, no pain no burn at all! First time and honestly so professional, I’m in love with them. Been to many expensive places that rush because they want to fit in as many clients as possible but not these, really do make the effort to make sure you’re happy took time with me and had a very good eye to detail round the edges which looks clean and natural (I’m very fussy)!

4 /5 Dee Masters: *update The manager contacted me and asked me to come back in. My nails were redone beautifully as at a heavily discounted price. Very happy with them. I regularly use this place and my nails are usually amazing. However, today’s experience would have been a 1 star on its own. My appointment took 2 hours as my nails needed redoing twice. Eventually, another staff member took over, but I was left with two small cuts on the tips of my fingers from the nail file. Too much glue was used, and I’m still trying to pick it out from under my nails. I tried to explain that the nails were too thick, but there was a misunderstanding, and instead, my nail length was filed down. Although the second technician finished them beautifully, they are still too short with thick glue underneath. Love the colour - HATE everything else. I was given a 10% discount, but after such a long, stressful experience, I don’t feel that was fair compensation. I may returned to get them removed, if I cant get all the glue off. Waste of my time and money.
