Diana McKeown The first point of contact with the “specialist” was very hostile and not pleasant at all. Far away from being friendly or welcoming, I felt more like Im called in for a conversation with a prison officer. She then asked routine health questions and questioned me on my knowledge of the treatment I had selected and paid for. Various times I told her I had read about it, and I knew what it was as I had been following her Instagram page for some time. She then just kept pushing and pushing, trying to get me to say all details I knew about the treatment. Felt like I had to come prepared with a PowerPoint presentation so she would be satisfied with the answer. So she kept pushing and pushing, and I just couldn’t stand this hostility and her making me feel small. I came in to feel better and more refreshed for my upcoming birthday, but she did the opposite; she made me cry and humiliated me. Honestly, the worst money I had spent, I might as well just drained it in the toilet. It is true when they say “never meet your heros”.

Stella Riske I had a Eastern European facial with Anka today and she was absolutely brilliant. She’s very thorough, thoughtful and professional, and her holistic approach was exactly what I needed. She didn’t just focus on my skin - she released so much tension from my jaw, chest and shoulders that I left feeling lighter, calmer and properly cared for. My skin looks and feels amazing, and I genuinely felt relaxed and looked after throughout. I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

Molly Ormesher I have been getting my nails done with Kat at Skip the Filter for 2 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She is the best and such a perfectionist which I LOVE. It really is the best manicure in London! I get biab and a Russian manicure which is just so clean and I’m obsessed.

ola lola I had such a great experience here at Rinita’s hair and beauty salon, I was met with such warmth and kindness from the staff who made sure I was comfortable at all times. The professionalism is something that will have me coming back as a regular. I came in for a wash and blow-dry and its safe to say that it’s one of the best I’ve had. They used top grade products not only to clean my hair but to give me the bounciest blow-dry I could get. Thanks again!
