I have never been spoken to like i have just been shouted at by the lady on the phone of this company. She knows i am pregnant and was aggressive in her town and told me to “jog on” and to go ahead and write a review so here we go.
I booked my appointment on the phone 30 mins before having seen they had availability on Treatwell for a spray tan costing £35. I decided to ring and book as it was soon and wanted to check would get the booking and i assumed would be more cost effective for them.
I was wrong on that the spray tan costing £40 instead of £35 i saw on treatwell but i will take that as my own fault for not checking.
They cleaned the floor using paper towels on their feet and i was met with a lovely lady who was very kind and caring during my spray tan.
When asked to stand on the pink “sticky feet” these were suck to the floor. I did not know they were mesnt to stick to my feet. When i needed to open my legs the pink feet pads would not move with my feet. I was told not to worry and so stood on the black mats for the duration.
During this my feet soles were absorbing all the fake tan from the mat. And in addition when i needed to go get dressed the rest of the floor was filthy again and full of tan on the floor. It was very slippy so being pregnant i moved carefully then ripped some tissue to stand on when i got dressed to 1) avoid slipping and 2) stop my feet getting tan on them.
When the lady come down she apologised and aaid she should have wiped the floor down as she saw me stood on tissue and trying to wipe the tan off the soles of my feet. She told me to use lemon juice on them.
I have spent an hour scrubbing my feet with lemon, oil, sugar, exfloiating and using a pummel stone, i cannot scrub any more as my feet will have mo skin left. See the photos of my feet after scrubbing them.
I rang the salon to query the price, advice and any compensation for this as i go on holiday tomorrow ans will be a laughing stock given the state of my feet! She said the price is because treatwell is discounted and its not there fault. I said it is the floor is filthy and she said it is not and it was because they did back to back tanning.
When i got upset and said in reply to her asking what i wanted and i said advice and some sort of refund. She said it was my fault for booking last min and they were accomodating to me and doing me a favour. I mentioned a google review and she raised her voice shouting to me to jog on if that’s what i wanted to do. I am in floods of tears and so hung up.
Here is my review plus my friend just reminded me i went here 2 years ago and my feet were the same then. Shame there are few salons to choose from

I was originally going to say do not get a spray tan here but on this occasion i would say due to the lady who i believe is the manager and owner. I would never advise anyone step foot in this place.
Ps the lady who did my actual treatment whilst making some mistakes was very lovely and kind with good customer service. Just so she knows this is not at her.
