Aston Seymour I’ve been a member of Phoenix Brighton for the past two months, and it’s genuinely a fantastic place to train. I’ve had previous memberships elsewhere at local council gyms, and while those gyms were fine, they were small, counter-run spaces with limited equipment and availability. Phoenix Brighton, on the other hand, is spacious with a huge variety of machines. Even during peak hours, there are always plenty of stations free, something my previous gym could never offer. The situation was even worse for juniors there, where strict time slots had to be booked a week in advance. Phoenix has no such restrictions, making it a far better environment for younger members. They can train alongside more experienced gym-goers, which really helps them learn and grow in confidence. The equipment at Phoenix Brighton is exceptional. It’s Panatta, the Lamborghini of gym equipment—solid, smooth, and built to perform. My workouts have completely transformed since joining, and I genuinely look forward to going every day. The atmosphere is great too. The music selection is varied and energising, not just the same repetitive radio playlists you hear elsewhere. The counter offers a good range of whey protein powders and other high-protein snacks, plus there’s a cold water bubbler—small touches that make a big difference. Overall, Phoenix Brighton is a top-tier, professional gym. I highly recommend it. Don’t waste your time elsewhere.

Jerome Pards Not only for self-defense but also for self-discipline. The facility and staff are all great, especially Coach David, who is very hands-on with all of his students. My son has learned a lot and enjoys being at the academy.

Jason Roberts I visited Dharma Clinic this morning for the first time, located in Worthing town centre good parking. The venue was modern, with stunning decor with very impressive clinic rooms. The 5* Rating was earned by the fantastic customer service from both Fon & Far, they were very welcoming and were through in their questioning to get a full understanding of any medical conditions. As much as the experience was very relaxing, and very skilful, it should not be mistaken for a drop in spa, it’s very much a clinic and this is displayed but the staff impressive knowledge and qualifications. I visited with upper back / shoulder discomfort and 1 hour has completely rectified this. I would highly recommend to give this amazing family run business a try. Jason
