Shes an absolute professional in the manner in which she approached the procedure, discussing colour and shape. The salon is incredibly clean and comfortable. I felt the process was carried out with incredible skill and knowledge. The entire experience could not have been better. Im delighted with the result and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Ilaria.
