1 /5 Priya Vora: Awful service — extremely poor value for money I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience here because the service we received was far below what we expected for the price we paid. My sister booked a pedicure for me and my mum. I chose a gel pedicure. The technician was lovely and friendly, but it quickly became clear that she lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail. She barely prepared my nails — there was minimal filing, cuticle removal, or exfoliation of hard skin — and the overall prep fell far short of a proper pedicure. My mum’s technician seemed more proficient and gave her a nice massage, whereas mine was rushed and barely relaxing. The application of the gel polish was messy and thick; it went outside the nail beds and the finished result looked uneven and unprofessional once I looked closely. I was really disappointed, particularly because this was meant to be a treat and we paid a lot of money for it. Living in London, I could have gotten 2–3 pedicures for the price we were charged, and to a much higher standard. To make matters worse, my pedicure started chipping soon after, and my mum’s normal polish came off that evening, despite wearing flip-flops all day to allow it to dry. Overall, this was a poor service and extremely poor value for money. It’s hard to justify charging these prices when the finished result falls so far below what you’d expect from a professional salon.

5 /5 Regan Avery (Avery): I booked a last minute appointment for a haircut / blow dry with Laura and she was absolutely lovely! Started off with a very nice head massage, and even got a complimentary hot chocolate + biscuit. I showed Laura the photo of the haircut I wanted and she absolutely nailed it, and kept asking me questions throughout to make sure she was getting it exactly the way I wanted. I felt very comfortable and the whole experience was relaxing - the results were even better than expected. 10/10 would definitely go again!

5 /5 Paul Hooper: An escape from the outside world! We visited here on the 5th of march. I had a male manicure which was a first for me. Holly was amazing, she was so friendly, patient and kind. She me feel very relaxed and spoke to me the whole time. I would definitely be back to have more services with her. I also went on to have a massage with another member of staff. The massage was out of this world. It was another first for me, I had never felt so relaxed. Every step of the massage was explained to me and it didnt once feel rushed. The staff really look out for you here, and make you feel like number 1. The retreat is bigger then it looks and is decorated beautifully. After your massage you are given some sorbet and a hot cushion to further your relaxation. I recommend this to all that are seeking am escape. I will definitely be back :)
