5 /5 Aileen Walk: Ive been coming to The Reformery for over a year now, and I can honestly say that Pilates has changed my life. My back pain is gone, I feel stronger, more energised, and, most importantly I feel like Im actively investing in my long-term health and resilience as I age. Ive come to realise that Pilates will be a lifelong practice for me, and its thanks to Rachel and her incredible team that Ive even been inspired to start my teacher training. I truly cant recommend The Reformery highly enough. Im so grateful I found it when I moved to the area. Thank you to all the amazing teachers for your knowledge, support, and inspiration!

5 /5 S R: I’ve been attending this studio for a few months now, and while all the instructors are fantastic, Mariella truly stands out. I’ve tried two other studios in the past, but often left feeling rushed or even injured. Mariella is different—she challenges you to reach your full potential while creating a supportive and nurturing environment. She gives each person in the class her full, focused attention. Honestly, she’s the best instructor I’ve ever had.

5 /5 S Thomas: Update August 2025. Still attending classes at the wonderful Reformery and the studio has gone from strength to strength (like my body!). Classes to suit all abilities, friendly atmosphere and teaching remains impeccable! Very highly recommended. Glad to visit this new studio before 2nd lockdown. It’s light and airy, bright and cheerful, just like Space East next door. Teaching top notch. I’ve had many classes with Rachel over the last few years. Pilates works muscles you didn’t know you had. Thanks Rachel!

5 /5 Shaine Richardson: I have been a mat and over the last 10 years (on and off!) a reformer girl. I booked the Tower Pilates class with an open mind but unsure how Pilates could be developed further. First session completed and ticked off but left not being ‘wowed’. What was it I thought that made me feel like that but was going to persevere. Second session, completed and had more of a feeling of connection with the process and left actually looking forward to my third session. Needless to say, I’m booking further packages and can’t wait to get fully involved and ready for the intermediate sessions due to start in 2025! Thank you Reformery.

5 /5 Rana: I went to this Pilates studio consistently for the month of February while staying in London, and I still think about how incredible it was. It’s honestly one of the best studios I’ve ever been to. All of the staff are so attentive, encouraging, and genuinely care about your progress and your body. By the end of the month, I felt noticeably stronger, fitter, and able to do moves I never imagined I could. The progress I made in just a few weeks was unreal, and I really believe it came down to how much care and expertise they put into every class. Mariella was especially great — so supportive and really focused on helping me get the best out of each session. I miss this studio so much and haven’t been able to find anything that compares since leaving London. If you’re thinking about joining, please do it- you wont regret it!
