Bianca Best Alex literally transformed my body and how I look at fitness forever! Id been stuck in the same workout funk for 30 years (learned from a Cindy Crawford DVD way back when!!) so I now finally get what a truly enlivened, fit, functioning, STRONG body looks and feels like and how to maintain it. Alex is fantastic to work with - encouraging, knowledgeable, professional and super upbeat even if I felt sluggish so I am super grateful I worked with him for the past year and am sure well work together again in the future. I recommend him HIGHLY! Hes BRILLIANT!!!!!

Isobel Brookes I signed up for Sarah’s breast cancer recovery programme as I was coming towards the end of my main treatments for breast cancer in 2025. I can’t recommend this enough, it’s helped me take back some control after months of being overwhelmed after surgery and chemotherapy. I’ve stuck with Sarah’s classes since (both live and recorded) because I know I’m reducing my risk of cancer recurrence and keeping my bones healthy. When I see the faces of other class participants on the screen at 7am it helps me feel less alone. This must be the longest I’ve ever stuck with an exercise programme in my life. I was fortunate to be able to join Sarah’s retreat in the Alps in September 2025-one of the best things I’ve done since my diagnosis. I would wholeheartedly recommend these events too-and you get to meet Sarah in person which was a highlight for me.

Will Lewis As a complete beginner, my first experience of SoPilates was brilliant! With a professional instructor guiding the class through a balanced yet challenging workout, I’ve become a regular and am feeling the benefits of creating a balanced, strong and flexible body and mind. I’ve even tried a barre class or two which is great fun and a sweaty workout! All classes are taught by the fabulous and highly qualified Sophie, who is a dynamo in the classroom and delivers a knowledgable, dynamic class for all abilities. Give it a go and get hooked on the differences you’ll notice almost immediately. As a keen cyclist, pilates has provided the perfect complimentary exercise to help advance my fitness, strength, flexibility and recovery.

Kate Custard I brought my son to see Lowell in the Summer to hopefully help with a breathing tick he had developed, along with lacking confidence in doing activities. After one session, plus the supportive supplements my son made huge leaps and bounds. The breathing tick ceased and his confidence and energy grew. I was so impressed I then took my teenage daughter who was going through an incredibly difficult time with a boyfriend and wasn’t able to be open about it. After 2 sessions Evie found incredible strength and left the boy. She is truly standing in her power and slowly becoming more external than internalising everything. Lowell is such a wonderful human being. He is a gentle, incredibly knowledgeable, kind spirit. His amazing work has definitely helped create wondrous, supportive shifts in my children and I look forward to seeing how they develop further into their adulthood with his help. If you are wondering if to try this marvellous therapy, I wouldn’t hesitate.

Angela Ming is an amazing Muay Thai coach and also Personal Trainer for fitness, S&C & Martial Arts, he also does PTs. The classes are great for all levels. They also have Yoga classes 3 times a week with Mannie who is lovely! A great place to train and very welcoming. Come and try!
