Ace I use the pool semi frequently for lessons and practice and the staff are very friendly and very transgender friendly! Have absolutely no problems with them and my two instructors for my lessons are absolutely amazing and patient with my anxieties. The gym is also great and very easy to use, peak time is about 5-7pm.

Leanne Deegan This place has saved me in more ways than one! It’s stunning rural setting just 10 minute drive from my city home. The people are supportive and welcoming, always meeting new faces and it’s like we’ve all been there forever. Naomi is fantastic at keeping everyone motivated, the environment welcoming and the workouts fun. I love coming here every week and it’s the only exercise I’ve ever managed to maintain long term. Highly recommend to anyone of all abilities, Naomi is great at tailoring workouts even in the group setting. I feel so much stronger, not only physically but mentally too.
