Coming back after surgery, I was a little nervous, but the team have been incredible—adapting exercises when needed and encouraging me every step of the way. I’ve stayed injury free, which is a huge relief, and I’m genuinely enjoying the process again.
What really stands out is the programming, it’s so well thought through. You’re pushed hard every day, but in different ways that are carefully designed to build core functionality, strengthen multiple muscle groups, and allow your body the right breaks to recover so you can keep progressing. It’s challenging, varied, and motivating, and you can feel yourself getting stronger week by week.!!!!
Having tried a few mini gyms before, this one is by far the best. It’s not just a place to work out, it’s a place where you’re supported, challenged in the right way, and actually look forward to training.
