Claire Stoyles As a mum of an autistic child (also to two other older children lol), I can honestly say that this gym has been an absolute game changer for me. From the moment I walked in, I felt a genuine sense of care and inclusion. The staff didn’t just offer friendly smiles—they took the time to really listen to what I needed and gave a sense of family community. The workouts are fully structured, which means I don’t have to think. I just show up, follow the plan, and actually feel like I’ve done something for myself. The trainers know exactly how to push you without making you feel overwhelmed, and they adjust based on your energy level (which, let’s be real, is often running on fumes). The environment is clean, calm, and never overwhelming. There’s a lovely balance of energy and structure, I signed up to a two week trail and I am here still 9 months later (I THINK THAT SAYS IT ALL) It’s more than just fitness training—it’s 60 minutes where I’m not being asked for snacks or stepping on lego. It’s efficient, effective, and exactly what this tired mom needed. Thank you for helping me feel strong again, both physically and mentally and for giving me my absolute confidence back. J Kirk Ive really come to appreciate Yonder over the past few years of climbing there, on how consistently good it is. The location is great, being only a 3 minute walk from blackhorse road station. The setting is really diverse, every new set has such a wide variety of climbs that often make you use muscles that you didnt know existed (for better or worse). Especially with easier climbs, where they make it so that theyre not just a progressively more difficult ladder The space is really nice, being 3(.5?) levels it is just a very nice place to hang out, with each area being separate from each other but still feeling like theyre together. With the cafe getting an upgrade as well Im very excited to see how it turns out. My only peeves are that at times it can be very busy and it can be very hot, though busyness can be worked around by going at different times. The heat is also being dealt with by funneling the air from the ACs into the main area from the corridors, and sticking big wall fans up (more of them please) which has been a well needed improvement compared to previous years. The cost also being well below other gyms in London is a huge plus for me too, it feels like you get so much bang for your buck here compared to the bigger climbing groups.

Rilwan Anibaba Where can I start?? I play football and dislocated my shoulder during a very competitive match. As a Goalkeeper, this is a pretty huge deal and after 3 months of being out injured, I genuinely thought my shoulder would never be the same. Fast forward 6 months of in-person rehab with the physios, as well as adhering to the program I was given, I’m back playing and couldn’t be happier. On top of that, I feel stronger and don’t carry the fear of my shoulders giving up on me. My confidence has definitely increased. In addition, I frequently train at a fitness studio across the pond from Myoset and just popping in a couple times a week has been fantastic for my general recovery. From sports massages to sitting in compression boots that assist blood circulation and reduce muscle soreness, as an older athlete I couldn’t think of a better place to aid my recovery and performance.
