Shiva Varma Excellent martial arts club with a family feel. Everyone looks out for each other and the quality of the teaching is phenomenal. I suffer from a heart condition and I’m able to train at a pace that doesn’t put me at risk, without slowing down the class. Highly recommended for anyone looking to learn self defence and/or compete.

Through the tailored sessions, the coaches have helped me with the exercises to ensure that my technique is correct, through this I have gained more strength. Alongside this, they have advised me on my diet in order to maximise the training sessions to get results. What’s also great is that your allocated trainer checks in with you regularly on a one-to-one basis to see how it’s going and discuss next steps. They are enthusiastic and are great at motivating you so that you can reach your goals. I highly recommend Body + Beyond to anyone who wants to make a change in a safe and welcoming environment.
