It was my first time, and I had the pleasure of meeting with Helen for my treatment who was warm and welcoming from the moment I stepped into the room. Helen was very knowledgeable and thorough through out the treatment and overall made my experience at the salon very enjoyable. The salon its self is well maintained and all the staff I passed during my visit seemed professional, friendly and carried big smiles.

5 /5 Becky Greaves: It was my first time at The Beauty Room so I was a bit apprehensive. But I neednt have been. Stephanie greeted me on arrival and was lovely and chatty throughout my appointment. Really pleased with my eyebrows. They look and feel amazing.
