The staff were so friendly and professional, really taking the time to listen to what I wanted. My nails turned out absolutely flawless—perfect shape, smooth finish, and the polish lasted way longer than I expected. The attention to detail was unmatched, and they made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I also loved the wide variety of colors and designs to choose from! If you’re looking for high-quality service, great vibes, and nails that will have everyone asking where you got them done, this is the place to go. Highly recommend

1 /5 Roxanne: I dont normally leave reviews, but Im very disappointed in the state of my daughters nails that she had done for her prom. I feel she was taken advantage of due to her age. She was charged full price, £48 for them, and its clear the tech is inexperienced. The photos were taken the next day, but they look about 2 weeks grown out. Her fingers are very sore and have many abrasions. The paint pattern is different on each nail and her thumb nail is cut bent, you can see this from the photos.The acrylic is very thick and to be candid, they do not look professionally done. I reached out for a partial refund and the reply was: All our technicians are qualified with different styles. We do encourage clients to book with the technician they prefer... As there’s nothing actually wrong with the Set we will not be offering any refunds but as a good will gesture we can give her 10% off her next appointment. There was no accountability taken and no acknowledgement of how bad the nails actually are. I refused the 10% discount as there are many other nail shops in the area. My daughter did like the nails but upon reflection, she isnt happy and feels they werent worth the price I paid. She did say the nail tech was lovely and I dont doubt she will get better, but they should not be charging full price for this service.
