4 /5 Ariane De Souza Paula: I had a Potenza skin treatment with Ronak, and she was great from start to finish. She was polite, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable. Ronak took the time to answer all of my questions and explained each step clearly. The treatment itself went smoothly, and her calm energy made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and professional practitioner. However, the treatment itself is not worth the price. £300 for a treatment that needs loads of treatments to see improvements, not worth it. It’s better to gather all the money for alternative treatments. That treatment should not cost over £200 That’a all.

She always makes me feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. She explains every step clearly, checks in throughout the treatment, and her calming approach really puts me at ease. My skin feels fantastic after every session. Highly recommend her!

Manjula was fantastic incredibly kind, we were chatting the whole session and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole treatment. I highly recommend the London Bridge clinic. They’re efficient, skilled, and you can really tell they know what they’re doing. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone considering laser hair removal. A 10/10 experience!

Even though I was early, the team were really nice and let me wait, and they managed to see me at 2:50pm. I didn’t wait long and was seen by a lovely blonde clinician (sorry, I can’t remember her name!). As soon as I walked in, she made me feel comfortable — super friendly and polite. I told her about my previous treatment, and when I said I was there for anti-wrinkle, she explained the new subscription option, which actually sounds ideal for me. She went through my form and explained everything she was going to do, step by step. The whole experience was great! Smooth, quick, painless, and very clean. Honestly, I think you’re the best clinic in London. Thank you for the amazing service. 5 stars from me!
