5 /5 Charlotte Wan: I love the convenient location and clean, airy space. I’m almost always able to find a class at my ideal time because of the full timetable, and there is an excellent variety of instructors who are all very friendly, encouraging and professional. The pricing is very reasonable and it’s easy to use the app to book classes. I’ve also had a really positive experience contacting the team about membership pauses and cancellations. The front of house team are always very welcoming and smiley, and I look forward to every class!

5 /5 Maya Hristova: I enjoy Pilates Reformer, it completely transformed my idea of personal fitness. Most trainers are great, but special thanks must go to Samantha Rule, Rachel Eban and Weronika Nowaczynska who take special care that clients understand the exercises and execute them correctly. Samantha Rule is especially kind and attentive and I wish she had more classes in Chiswick. Noting down two points for improvement: - Add lockers to the premises to help prevent people hoarding on top of each other by the hooks in the training room. - Add bios for all trainers in the website/app. These make a big difference when choosing a trainer.

From the warm welcome by friendly staff to the fantastic instructor who provided clear guidance and helpful adjustments, the experience was top-notch. The studio and facilities were spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed, with extra touches like a tea station and well-stocked shop. I also appreciated the outdoor seating to relax after class. Overall, a great experience that shows strong attention to detail and client care. Thank you!

The trainers are highly skilled — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. Every class is intelligently structured, with strength, mobility, balance, and control seamlessly integrated into each session, so you always feel challenged in a balanced and progressive way. No two classes are ever the same, which keeps it engaging and enjoyable. The studio itself has a welcoming, uplifting atmosphere, and the standard of teaching is second to none. 5 /5 Zeynep K.kirca: Ive attended to 3 reformer intro classes. My overall experience is great, enjoyed classes, trainers were super helpful and welcoming. And the training was good fun! My only comments would be on pricing and the receptionist: Id love to continue with classes but unfortunately I wont be able to. Both single and block classes are way too pricey. And the other comment would be one of the receptionists, once I had to call to reschedule my class and the lady on the phone was a bit rude. But when I visit in person, all the reception staff were quite friendly and helpful. its a clean well organised studio. I would recommend update: I was offered discounted past intro classes.Recently attended Samantha Rules class. And wanted to comeback and comment on this. I had the best class with her, she was quite attentive and helpful, checked all of us one by one to make sure we did each exercise correctly. I am impressed and highly recommend her classes. (especially if you are a beginner) Another update (23/06/25) : Yesterday I attended Miranda Pattison’s class and absolutely loved it. It was one of the best classes I’ve taken here. She was incredibly helpful, making sure everyone did each movement correctly. She was also super kind and motivating. I’ll definitely book her classes again soon. Thank you, Miranda ♥️
