1 /5 Ralica P: Do Not Recommend! I made a booking for a fringe cut through Treatwell and, unfortunately, was running late for my appointment. I was four minutes late (appointm at 5:45pm) when I called them to inform them that I was running late and to ask if they could reschedule the booking for later that day or the next. Instead, a very rude lady answered the phone and told me it was impossible since I made the booking through Treatwell and it was non-refundable.
She also claimed they had no availability for that day or the next, even though they clearly did. When I pointed out that I could still book online, she rudely informed me I could do that but would have to pay again as those are the RULES.
I understand you have cancellation and rescheduling policies, but you can still be nice to customers and try to accommodate last-minute changes, especially when you actually have availability.
I will definitely not rebook due to the extremely poor and rude customer service, which leaves an utterly horrible first and last impression of this so-called Temptation Studio.
