Gemma I signed up to small group PT classes after not setting foot in a gym for over five years . Naturally , I was nervous , but after my first session with Laura , she instantly put me at ease. Her encouraging and supportive style made me feel comfortable and confident right away . Initially , I thought I’d “just see how it goes “ , but now , just a few months later , I train 3 times a week and couldn’t imagine life without it. A huge thank you to Laura and Karim you’ve created such an amazing space and welcoming community to train in. I’d encourage anyone considering joining to just give it a go !

The genuine reviewer Been coming here for 7 years now. It is a good alternative and I often come here. They have great machines and equipment. During peak times, the gym gets extremely busy. I have been appalled by the lack of ventilation in the gym. It is dangerously hot and unfortunately I had to stop my workout as I felt lightheaded. This has always been the case. Every year, peak hot days during the year, the gym air condition isn’t capable on safely cooling the gym at a safe temperature. I see management giving the automated replied with the reviews on here but please don’t be fooled, this is the case each year! Emailing them directly or speaking to them doesn’t actually change anything. I have joined another local gym and will slowly transition out.

Wanderlust * I recently visited Rena Spa at Tower Bridge for a spa day and massage, and it was definitely one of the best massages I’ve ever had. My therapist, Flori, was exceptional. She was thorough, attentive, and genuinely skilled at her craft. She took the time to ask how I preferred my massage and ensured my comfort throughout the entire session. I couldn’t recommend her enough; I’ll definitely be returning for another massage with her very soon. The spa area itself was lovely. Very clean, tidy, and offering all the amenities I’d expect from a top-tier spa. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing mostly, perfect for unwinding. The only slight downside was the pool area, it became extremely busy as the morning progressed. At times, there were no chairs available to sit down, and the sauna and hot tub were very crowded. For someone who prefers a bit more privacy and a quieter atmosphere, it felt a bit overwhelming at time That said, I still managed to enjoy my time there and left around midday when it was too busy and noisy. I appreciate the venue is part of a hotel so it’s tricky to know how many people will be using the facilities especially on the weekend. I will book a weekday evening next time to see if that’s a little quieter. Overall, I highly recommend Rena Spa at Tower Bridge for its quality service and lovely setting. Just plan to arrive early to make the most of the facilities before they get busy!

keith russell Having just renewed my annual membership for this pool today, it seemed a good time to acknowledge what a truly Talented Team Community they have. A Very friendly warm welcome at Reception for my first swim years back made me commit then to an annual membership. The same welcome very much features in 2025. This complete with Vigilant, helpful Lifeguards and their Seniors, The Swimming Teachers, A great housekeeper, and all the behind the scenes Management team. Its a fun place to come. Im a lanes swimmer each weekday morning. There are so many other great locals of all abilities that come together then, with our "Tribe" gaining new members all the time. Thank You to ALL

Brooklyn Byrne Winners Fitness is an amazing studio, highly motivating and welcoming. Classes are tailored for all abilities which means it never feels intimidating. Its also incredible value compared to other training gyms in the area. I thought I didnt really like lifting weights but it turns out I just hadnt been to the right gym! Jermaine and his team have created a really loyal community here!
