Heather We recently took on the obstacle course at rookery fit farm and I can’t recommend the course and Dean himself enough. The course was really well organised with a good mix of challenges that everyone regardless of strength and fitness was well catered for. Dean really makes the experience too- he is super enthusiastic, pushing you to overcome challenges but also recognises where each individuals limits may be. Dean may have just created an obstacle course obsession amongst a few of us, I already want to do it again! I highly recommend booking you won’t regret it! Thanks Dean for a fab, muddy morning!!

Xiaoyu Shen I LOVE the Jubilee Sport Center! Its one of the reasons that want to stay in SOTON forever!! The coaches are very friendly and professional and they are working very hard trying to build up a great and clean environment for all. 100% recommended!

Ellie Jenkins I’ve been a member here for a year and I love it. However in my opinion the children’s times are too long, 6 hours in the day on Saturday & Sundays seems like too much, especially when you close early. I have to avoid these times because it’s packed with too many kids running around and jumping into the pool. I wish there were more hours dedicated for adults to have nice calm swim.

Kat Smith I have been coming now for The last three months in order to pass my annual fitness test. I love spinning and really enjoy The variety that different instructors provide in their classes the music is always upbeat and the instructors are always motivational so you can achieve your goals. The support you receive is awesome there is always a member of staff on hand to offer you support and guidance. This is the first year since coming here for the last seven, that I will continue to do spin just for fun, as I have now passed my fitness test. I normally just cancel my membership until the next time my test is due. I thoroughly enjoy coming to classes now and this is all down to the motivation and variety that the instructors now offer. Brett Gillingham Gabriele is a great teacher. He is kind and considerate of each persons ability. His monthly Ashtanga practice is very fulfilling if you are looking for an intermediate challenge. Highly recommended.
